greetings from across the pond. It is not a fictional lawsuit. I would consider it disgustingly frivolous, but many over here do not.

I am sure you heard of the case in Los Angeles (1990s) where a handicapped stripper filed suit against a strip club because the stage did not have wheelchair access. That's right, not wheelchair access for customers, but for the stripper. She filed suit claiming a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

She won!

America is the land of opportunity; however, it is quickly becoming the land of lawsuits.
